Cancellation / prepayment

All guaranteed reservations (credit card or advance deposit) that need to be canceled or changed must be done 24 hrs in advance of 3 P.M. hotel time of date of arrival. If any cancellations or changes are done after the 24 hr deadline then the guest will be charged one night’s rate plus taxes and fees. Any guest that does not show will automatically be billed for One Night stay.

Room capacity 'Maximum 2 persons per bed' due to fire safety regulations.

Up to two children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Any additional older children or adults are charged USD 5 per person per night when using existing beds.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
